This website
- No trackers, no analytics, no advertising, no cookies.
- Fonts and files come from this site. Nothing is loaded from font services or other companies.
- One request to GitHub. To show the newest download, your browser asks GitHub's public API about the latest release of NeilGilani/game. GitHub sees that request like any visit (including your IP address) under GitHub's privacy statement. The download itself also comes from GitHub. We don't receive anything about you from it.
- Your theme choice stays in your browser. If you switch between light and dark, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage on your device. It's never sent anywhere. Clearing your browsing data removes it.
- The browser demo keeps your camera in your browser. “Try it in your browser” runs the AGENCY interface in your browser with practice services. Camera video is processed in the browser and never sent. To plan a task you chose, the demo may send the task's text (never video) through this site to Google's Gemini.
- Which Mac you have stays in your browser. The page checks your browser's information to suggest the Apple silicon or Intel download. That check happens on your device and isn't stored or sent.
- Hosting. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may keep server logs as described in its own privacy policy. We don't look at visitor logs.
The AGENCY app
These are the rules AGENCY is built to follow. They are part of the project's safety rules, and every part of the app is built and tested against them.
- Camera video never leaves your Mac. Frames are processed on the Mac to follow your eyes, then thrown away. They're never stored, and never sent to the AI or anywhere else. Your eye calibration is saved on the device as numbers, not pictures or video.
- The AI sees only what a task needs, only when you start one. During a task you started, AGENCY may send Google's Gemini your request and screenshots of the app it's working in. Every request is routed first by Synapse-Mesh, whose intent Sifter runs on the device. Screenshots aren't kept by default. Google's terms apply to what's sent. Without an API key, nothing is sent to an AI at all.
- Memory is local and yours. What AGENCY learns about your usual choices stays on your Mac. You can see, change or erase any of it.
- No passwords, two-factor codes or card numbers. AGENCY never types, reads or stores them.
- Lifeline shares only what helpers need, only during an alert. Your name, what happened and your responder card go only to your own contacts, through personal links that stop showing the card when the alert ends.
- Simulated by default. Out of the box, nobody real is contacted and nothing is bought. Real messages, calls and purchases need deliberate setup and your approval.
- No telemetry. AGENCY doesn't report how you use it to anyone.
The full safety rules are in the project's plan, and Lifeline's in LIFELINE.md.
